Using PeanutNotes

What PeanutNotes is

A place for students in grades 1–12 to write short notes about their school day, practise with quizzes and study sheets generated from those notes, and keep track of skills and personal goals, with a family account that grown-ups can review. By creating an account you agree to these terms.

Your account

  • A family account has one sign-in per person: grown-ups, and learners with an invitation or a PeanutNotes ID.
  • Keep your sign-in to yourself. You are responsible for what happens under it.
  • A student may set up the account alone and invite a grown-up afterwards.

Generated material

Quizzes and study sheets are produced by an AI model from the notes a learner wrote and their grade. They are practice aids, not a curriculum, a grade, or a promise of results. They can be wrong. Check them, especially before printing or sharing.

Sharing

Turning a garden on creates a link that anyone can open. Only share it with people you are happy to show it to, and review published lessons first, because they are derived from notes. You can turn sharing off at any time.

Fair use

Use PeanutNotes for your own family’s learning. Do not try to reach other families’ profiles or gardens that were not shared with you, overload the service, or use it to generate material that is harmful or unlawful.

Availability and changes

We work to keep PeanutNotes available and to keep your information safe, but we provide the service as it is, without guarantees. We may change or discontinue features. If these terms change in a way that matters, the date at the top changes with it.

Ending an account

You can stop using PeanutNotes at any time and ask us to delete the family account by emailing [email protected]. We may close accounts that break these terms.
